View Full Version : Cant access Advertisers area

I cant get into any of the normal forums on the villa advertisers area. I have logged out and back in. When I try to access this area I just get taken back to the home page.
I have been using the new password that changed a couple of days ago, but I'm not even being asked for this.
Any ideas?

Me too been having trouble, I cannot access the same area?
Me either! I thought I got someone mad at me!!!! ;););)
I keep getting booted out and when I tried to DM JOhn, it booted me again!

We couldn't get in either, but we've now recieved the email. Everything now works again...:)

Also experiencing trouble here!! Have changed my email within my profile but still no joy!!

The emails are different. If you updated your forum email, did you get the confirmatory email from the forums and did you click on the link in it to activate the new email address on the forums?

Sorted, thanks for the swift response John. I just didn't have the patience to wait for the confirmation email!!

I have tried updating my profile email address but keeping having a message that my email address already exsists! I can't get into the villa owners area either.
Ignore my last message just received an email to say the email has been updated so it must have worked.

I can't imagine how many e-mails this change generated for you either! I know I was guilty of speeding one off when I had trouble. I am continually amazed at the swiftness of your responses. Yet another reason this site is so good!
John and Roger, you know Im not the brightest with this technology. I did read the email and thought that as my email address is the same for the enquiries I would have automatic access. Please can you explain as though to an idiot (ie me!)
