Does anyone know what elementary school equivalence is in the U.K. On the form it wants to know about education but not elementary school. Is elementary like infant and junior school and so only have to put in secondary school.

Yes, you're correct, elementary would be infants and primary (junior) school so they're asking you about secondary education from 11 years of age onwards.
