Despite 5 previous visits to Orlando this was the first time i have ever done a Airboat ride and it was fantastic and great value at just around $23,00.

Fab photos again. The boyz are really looking forward to finding an alligator. I am threatening them with a close up look if they really mis behave!!!!!!!!!!

Boggy Creek is a great place to go on the airboats i went on them last august watching the alligators and you have some great views of the lake and the surrounding areas, the driver also gives you a pepetalk about how the alligators survice etc. this is a photo of me sat on a alligator in the boggy creek shop waiting for the airboat.

We rented a boat there last June and had a fantastic day fishing.
Don't forget the suntan lotion though as there is no shade.

I emailed Boggy creek to see if they have wheelchair access and they do, so it's a definate for me in Oct.
i mustve missed the thread the first time round. excellent video clips. this was on our list for next week so its a definite now[msnsmile2]
We have been a couple of times - boys love it and it makes a nice change from the parks.
It's Mum's favourite! Anyone done the night ride?

We asked about launching a boat there....at $1 a day its a bargin...I'm also hoping to keep our boat there if they still have room....making getting our own boat a lot easier......

Airboats are not that much to buy.....I looked at a few last visit.......and thought it would be great to own one now we know you can use it at the creek for so little.......[msnsmile2]
Not a lot of room if you want to spend the day out on the water..or shade for that matter....and making a mistake when using one and tipping into the water would be no fun at all.....[msncry][msncry]

OK it would be fun for those outside the boat....LOL!
I think its best we stick to a normal boat....if anyones been in the car while my husband is driving..they know what I mean.........[msneek][msnscared][msnoo]
We have never been on one of these airboats but really must try next time. The photos look great!
The night time trip sounds great, but wonder about mozzies? Anyone know if it is a problem?

Fantastic pictures John - This is now on my list of places to visit. Have to say though that the other film clips just reminded me why I don't do coasters!

WE FIRST WENT TO BOGGY CREEK IN 2003 AND LAST YEAR WE WENT TO THE OTHER AIRBOAT PLACE, CANT SEEM TO REMEMBER THE NAME BUT IT WAS ON THE ROAD PAST CRESCENT LAKES. IT IS A NICE RIDE OUT AND BOTH PLACES ARE DEFINITELY WORTH A VISIT.
