We are about to put our cottage near Builth Wells in Wales on the market and thought there just might be some interest from someone on this forum.
It was built in the 17th century and has been extended. It has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, dining room with kitchen off, living room with spectacular views over open countryside, a utility room and small garden. There is also a field of approx. 6 acres with mains water supply and easy access from the road. The field has vacant possesion and is for agricultural use only. There is no chain for the house.
