Free golf?

We are planning a vacation in Florida next fall and I have noticed that some villa owners are offering free (unlimited) golf. Does anybody have any experiences on this kind of offers? Does it really work? How about the golf courses - seems to be mainly Meadow Woods and the Osceola Golf Club - are they okay?
