Hi CDV:)
They wanted us to drop the price $10,000 [msnsad]
and then wanted their deposit back.
We had two buyers and decided not to play one off against the other but to honour the first persons offer.
It makes you mad[msncry]

People are wanting the homes....but can't get the home loan.....ask if they have their loan sorted out before they view.....it may not be that....but its becoming more common in Fl......

It`s time to get into our rocket pants (Ronnie rocket pants of course)

Again our buyer let us down and again on the last day.His morgage fell through. Why don`t they sort out their morgage first ?

When we sold one of our villas we wouldn't allow our realtor to accept any offers that didn't already have mortgage pre approval, we also insisted that we woould only accept an offer from a buyer that was prepared to pay a decent size deposit, this tends to help focus their attention if they stand to lose a few thousand $'s if they decide to pull out[msnwink]
Might be worth you telling your realtor something similar.

You can ask for pre approved people only......with house prices so high a lot of people can't get the morgage for the home they want....
Not everyone gets pre approved.....but could get the loan OK ...its hard to know what to do for the best........
so sorry to hear your bad news, but there is somebody around the corner. Just wait and see. Good luck
