A guest going out in September for 1 month (lucky devils) has asked us for a recommendation of a good fishing place or sea fishing trip.

Help !!!!

We haven't got a clue.

I read on Top Forums that on Lake Tohopekaglia you can fish for big mouth bass on (East Lake Toho) at East Lake Fish camp and also at Southport on S Poinciana BLVD.
You need a fishing licence from the game and fishing commision at their Kissimmee office

Hope that helps a little.

For anyone staying at a villa on or near CR54, there is a small post office on this road, by the railway crossing near Loughman and the junction with 17/92, where you can buy a fishing licence. Don't fish without it!!

We took the children fishing on Hampton Lakes - the only bites we got were from the fire ants in the grass.

I don't think children need a fishing licence do they?

No-one needs a licence if you're only fishing in small community lakes, as far as I know.

If your kids are into fishing, try http://groups.msn.com/FishinKids/_homepage.msnw?pgmarket=en-us which has lots of fishing info and fishing related activities.

I know there are some places that you can go game fishing, and at certain times of the year can catch Marlin or other big fish. You have to be harnessed in the chair to reel them in they put up such a fight!

Just an idea, sorry cant help with any further info though!!
