Here is a picture of us having lunch from Subway at Champions Gate.

We had just spent 2 hours on the I4!!! We got on at juntion 55 and crawled to junction 58. Fog earlier that morning had caused a crash. We were going to Universal that day but gave that up as a bad job. Had our lunch and went to Premium Outlets instead. We learnt very quickly that is was not a good idea to get on the I4 at 55 because of the road works. From that day avoided it like the plague!!!

You were unlucky we always get on the I4 at junction 55 and have not had any problems like the one you list, even with the roadworks (which are due to be completed at this junction this year). Our biggest traffic jam hold ups in the last 4 years have been when inside Disney trying to get past the traffic queueing for the first game of the Atlanta Braves spring training and last March when President Bush decided to 'drop in' on the area and then every single road was at a standstill.

Got on the I4 yesterday at junction 55 and it was fine. Think sometimes are worse than others, it is our local junction so use it quite a lot.[msnsmile2]
