If you were to buy (and wait a year!) the basic model (1959) from the developer would cost you US$ 292,900, which does not include any extras/upgrades. Our extras include the optional 4th bedroom, master bath, kitchen, electric garage doors, lighting, wall/ceiling finishes and tiling upgrades and many more. Also the basic model does not include a US$ 40,000 28ft heated swimming pool and whirlpool spa, which does come with our villa. In total we paid US$ 58,000 on extras and can show you the invoice to prove it. Basically if you were to buy our house from the developer now it would cost over US$ 350,900.

We close and received the keys from the developer on the 29th March 2005,so first viewing there after.
You can see an artists impression on KBHomes.com, Sunrise Lakes, model 1959 (elevation B). The villa comes with virtually all the extras including the 4th bedroom and an additional 28ft private heated swimming pool plus seperate whirlpool spa. If you're local its Lot 100, Phase 3, Sunrise Lakes
Selling at US$300,000 which (if you include my extras @ US$58,000) is US$20,000 cheaper than the developers current selling price.
You can beat the waiting list, construction time and get a lower priced, brand new villa.

just wish i had the funds, but sadly 2 weeks holiday is all I can manage and even that is pushing it.
