We are right around the corner in Esprit. The area is lovely. Close, the developments quiet and now we have Walmart!

My home is on Lake Davenport Estates -which is where Riggs Circle is .It is a lovely mix of residential and rental homes that is well established and conveniently situated just south of the 192/27 junction. With 1/2 mile south there is a Publix and of course the new Wal mart about 1 mile up the road.Add this to the local shops in the nearby strip malls which include a new Indian Restaurant ,the closeness of the I-4 and acessibilty to the coasts you have a great place to stay. The community has a tennis court, basket ball area as well as a childrens playground so it offers the chance to enjoy a few other activities apart from the parks .It is also very close to Lake Louisa - a State park which is a nice change from the hectic theme parks. It should take around 12 mins to get to the parks using the Sherbeth Road turning off 192 and the easy access that offers to the 1-4 north and Universal and Sea World .You will enjoy staying there if thats where you decide to end up.

Thanks for the feedback so far (I am assuming you don't really mean 121 minutes to get to the parks Janny[msnwink])

Our first week on Riggs Circle someone attempted to steal our Jeep. Totally messed up the ignition. A few days later a car was stolen from the villa next door at 1100 am in broad daylight. We were very frightened.

Well I must say in the 7 years I have had my home I have not had any trouble but then I suppose no community is without its bad element or people visiting
