We have decided to go to Pleasure Island this year. My son will be 18 I know he can't drink but will he be allowed in everywhere?

This is what the Disney site says:

Restrictions:

After 7 PM, no one under eighteen is permitted on Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island or inside the clubs without an accompanying adult, except in Mannequins Dance Palace and BET SoundStage Club, which prohibit anyone under the age of twenty-one. Visitors over eighteen need a picture ID (valid passport, U.S. driver's license, or foreign driver's license with a backup ID). Florida law prohibits serving alcohol to anyone under twenty-one. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed anywhere at Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island as long as they are carried in plastic cups, which are conveniently placed at club exits. Smoking is not permitted in some clubs.

Hope it helps.

Your son should be fins in DDPI as long as he is with yourselves. As R&S say, an ID everywhere would be useful.

'Motion' in DDPI caters mainly for the youngsters and your son might want to look in. There are some other places ouside DDPI which are good for teenagers. The relatively new 'Matrix' at Pointe Orlando is good and on Thusdays (designated as 'college night') your son does not have to be accompanied. 'The Groove' in City Walk is also worth checking out.
