Hi CarolAnn

WE are selling our 3 bed villa as we have bought a 4 bed opposite overlooking the golf course. We are going over to Florida next week for 3 weeks, and will be completing on the new villa then. We also have a deposit on a 5 bed in the new developement of Bella Toscanna, which is due to complete around September time. At which point I hope that we have sold Kokomo Villa to release the funds.
