On DD Pleasure Island, there is a place called Rock'n'Roll Beach Club; its multi-level setting specialises in classic Rock'n'Roll music, but there is a lot of other types too. Likewise Pleasure Island Jazz Company and CityWalk's City Jazz have Jazz and Blues. Despite its name, the House of Blues had real Blues music only about 50% of the time and these days they seem to do a lot of 'techno' stuff.
Langford Resort Hotel in Winter Park, just north of downtown Orlando, have speciality Swing music sessions on weekends. You need to check and book in advance.
