Eclipse ADSL - 1meg with Flex option to 2 Meg.
There "Home Broadband" service for £15 a month is very
good for most users.
No not Demon! I was Demon Internet's 2nd ever employee! About

Same for us Rosie. They did have a few problems but they seem to have sorted them out now. That'll probably hex them now.[msnsmile]

Virgin Broadband for us too. We have been with Virgin for over 5 years now and generally happy with the service. Started out as 'pay-as-you-go' in 1999, went on to '24-7' and finally Broadband in October 2003.
Karoo unfortunately.... Don't ask its a 'ULL thing!

Virgin. Have to say they are not the cheapest but always had good service with them and good customer support especially when i upgraded to broadband.
With there broadband your not foxed to a contract and cancel at any time.

Yes, the customer service at Virgin Broadband has improved greatly in the last 6 months or so. I used to have a prepaid Tech support with them before at an extra £5.99 per month. But I cancelled it to 'pay as you go' when they reduced the call charges to 25p a minute and made access easier. I seldom have to call them - only twice in the last 6 months - and when I do, the problem is usually sorted within 5 minutes. So, this is much better value than prepaid support.:)

Wanadoo for us too!
although I am happy with their connection, I don't like the fact that AOL & BT are upgrading customers for FREE to the next speed for nothing (ie 512kbits to 1mbits), Wanadoo have not offered this service as far as I know, the one thing I did notice is, they want a payment of £20 to upgrade!!
What a Rip off!!
