I can't get into certain parts of the forum without a password ie villa availability. How do I get a password?

Welcome to the forum. You won't be able to get into the Advertisers area as only owners who advertise on the 3 OV sites have access to that. I think you have to email John or Roger to have access to the villa owners area.
Hope this explains.
