how many people can be occupied in a villa with 7 brs or 6 brs?
I'm planning a vacation for multi families with kids total of 18.
Any advise will be appriciated.

The maximum number in a 6 bedroom home is 14 or a 7 bedroom home is 16 so you won't be able to find one home to accommodate all of you.
Have you thought about two homes near each other, particularly as you have multi families? A 3 bedroom (sleeps maximum 8) and a 4 bedroom (sleeps maximum 10) would mean that you can all fit in.
Why not try an enquiry on this site for two homes?
Do you have any infants with you sleeping in a crib as they do not count towards total occupancy? If not, you will find that it is an 8 bed you need and they are very rare as they need to be licensed as hotels with all the rules re fire safety ( fire escapes and sprinklers etc) complied with. Two homes close together would be the next best thing and you would have the advantage of having everything in duplicate ( two pools, kitchens etc) and you are not so much in each others pockets as in one big house either.
