i am looking for a villa that is central to every thing, i have a child in a wheel chair so it would need to be wheelchair assissable

If you make an enquiry on www.orlandovillas.com or www.vacation-rental-villas.com (our sister sites) I'm sure you will get lots of responses. Most villas are accessible in a wheelchair (wide doors, bedrooms downstairs etc etc) although the facilities may vary but the private owner of the villa will be able to advise better.
