Magic Kingdom Photo's and a bit more

I know i like looking at other peoples photo's of Orlando and i'm sure lots of you do also,so i just looked through some of mine and although i have not taken that many considering i have been there 5 times predominantly because i never got a digital until last year but anyway here are a few of the ones i took at the Magic Kingdom and one or two various others that may bring back nice memories for you


THE MAGICAL KINGDOM.

First we take the Disney tram to buy our ticket/s if we have not already purchased then beforehand.

Next we take either the ferry boat above,or the monorail below to get to the entrance to Mickey's Magic Kingdom.

I must take this monorail next time as i have taken the boat on my previous two visit's.

The centerpiece of the Magic Kingdom is the wonderful Cinderella Castle.

Here we see Mickey in the daily 'share a dream come true' parade.

This is 'The Libery Belle' a authentic replica of a paddleboat which takes you on a 16 minute trip around Tom Sawyer island a few times.

Here we have Splash Mountain a ride even you scared of roller coasters have been on....Right?...lol.

One of the most popular rides is the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
which again is suitable for you who hate the scary coasters.

The best ride imo is Space Mountain an in-door coaster that although quite tame does throw you about a bit and is best avoided if you suffer from back trouble etc.
Blackpool pleasure beach now have this ride which is virtually the same.

I really enjoy this boat ride through the caves and cavens seeing the Pirates of the Caribbean and ok so im in my 40s but who cares i will never be to old for Disney i hope.

A lovely cruise into the Jungle which is made even more fun by the witty and funny comments of the guide/s.

The Country Bear Jamboree has been going since 1971 and is one of the oldest attractions at the Magic Kingdom.
Its a fun show which lasts approx 17 minutes with singing and dancing bears of all sorts though i cant recall seeing Pooh.

The Haunted Mansion...BOO...i'm sure most of you have been in here before and enjoyed seeing what you really look like when you look in the mirror at the end.
Not a good idea to try and take photos in here as the ghosts dont like it.

Enjoyed the pics, I took a pic of the weather map as well on my first trip, covered up what I was doing though by putting my daughter next to the telly and pretending I was just taking a pic of her. Pathetic I now but at least I know now that I am not alone.
