With ORD and IAD as US gateways I'd imagine it has to be bmi as they are the only airline to fly to these two destinations from MAN [msnsmile]

American Airlines fly Man-Ord all year.

I paid a similar price, actually slightly less, upfront to virgin flying direct in July.[clap]

Yes I know (we've flown on it several times ourselves), but they do not also fly to Washington from Manchester and I would assume the offer is just on one airline, hence the comment about bmi.

I'm sure it's BMI. Last weekend some friends of mine booked MAN-New York travelling with them in late July for £337 including tax. That's a very good fare for the time of year.

In fact, if you then booked a US low-fare carrier from New York to Orlando (or any other Florida destination) you should get a good deal.
