Just done a little cyber delving and it appears that WDW had planned a fifth park by 2010, but it appears that this has been pushed back, if not over a cliff. However, how accurate this info is I'm not sure.

This would be the supposed 'Beastly Kingdom' it is anticipated that Disney will be building a 5th park based on the Disney Villans. Supposedy an extension to AK. Universal have hit Disney quite hard witn IOA and this new Disney park is supposed to rival that. My neighbour saif that were actually clearing land afr it a while ago but it has been shelved for now.
There were also rumours of Six Flags building park on Florida, I cannot find anything firm on that but I really hope they do. Gpod for our trade and their coasters are awesome:)

Check out www.themeparkinsider.com/news I think the six flags park is still a rumour but it a consistant rumour so keep your fingers crossed.

We went passed six flags when in Texas and it looked fab- trouble was it was about 106 degrees in the shade and I was heavily pregnant so not much point paying the admission fee:(

It is not exactly a park, more a dinner type show called Dolly Partons Dixie Stampede. It is on a classic north versus south theme and fatures 32 horses, ostrich racing (!!!) music and comedy... and a 4 course meal. Located on Vineland, it opens on May 23rd. It was half built when we went past it a few weeks ago.

Just had a read up on this. Its cost $23 million and is not just ostriches, folks. Take a look at this:
"Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede in Orlando will feature a similar show to the existing locations but with some new, unique features. The use of ostriches, pig races, chicken chases and other animals will set Dixie apart from all other dinner attractions in Central Florida and across the country. At Christmas, Dixie Stampede changes its format to feature a traditional holiday show complete with a live Nativity featuring real camels, sheep and donkeys".
Cant wait, can you??? What with the 32 horses as well, there will be a fair few jobs created cleaning uo after that lot!! Only in Orlando.....
