Not exactly Clearwater, but we've booked up for Hemingway's at StArmand Circle, Sarasota - they celebrate Christmas twice a year there, July and December!! Its about 60mins drive from Clearwater. Someone suggested the revolving restaurant at the top of the Hilton(?) at StPetes Beach.
