Need to get a new table and chairs for our kitchen - your's could be just what I am looking for!
We are going out to Florida on Thursday - around the corner from you on Lindfields - can I have a look at it, and if it will suit I can pay by cheque, if that is ok?

Unfortunately we don't get access to the villa until 11th January when we close. Here is a link to the current owner's virtual tour and there are a couple of views of the table.
