Is it possibe to get 1 or 2 day tickets for the Disney Parks?
If yes where can you get them from?

You can buy one day tickets but they are only sold at the park gates. About $55 for an adult last time I looked.

John is correct, you can only buy single day tickets at the gate. the price is 58.58 in tax. They are one day one park tickets you cannot 'hop' around the parks with them.
