Hi again this planning means I keep finding more questions!

Is Fantasmic show on daily in Feb and which restaurant would you recommed to book a dinner package with 2 children (aged 10 and 8)?

Hello,
I would go for the Brown Derby but would not bother with the package as the seating is all the way over to the right of the stage and not the best spot (unless things hav changed).

The dinner pakage hotels are a bit overpriced and not great for kids. If you get there when the doors open (at least an hour) you can make sure you get a good seat. It is not that long to wait and there are stands to get a snack. You can walk about inside the enclosure but not go back out. I would save the cash on that one and go for a nice meal somewhere else and get your money's worth!

We managed to keep a 2 year old occupied - it can be done!
