my mother is irish can i enter the lottery if i get an irish passport
If your mother was born in Ireland, you can enter and dont even need to get an Irish passport. If she is of Irish parentage but born elsewhere ( like my husbands Dad) then it wont work. It is on place of birth of you or your parents not nationality or citizenship. My husband is entitled to Irish citizebship by descent and an Irish passport but it wont wash.
