My home is on Indian Ridge Oaks. It is really quiet but using the back roads it only takes 8 minutes to drive to the entrance to Animal Kingdom.(Ask your owner for directions).About 50% of the homes are residents so the community is well cared for and there is an active neighbourhood watch scheme.
We have a large community pool, a children's playground and tennis court.
An added advantage is that although we are a private community we can use the facilities including a football pitch at Indian Ridge which is across the road because their sub division is maintained by the council so is not classed as private.
