Did anyone see that shocking programme on the BBC last night about Dolphin Hunters in Japan ?

I'm pleased to say no Florida parks were implicated.

I didn't see the programme thank goodness, I think I would have nightmares.

I have read about this before in newspaper and magazine articles, and it absolutely horrifies me........... I do hope that this barbaric practice is stopped, but, as it is being flouted as a tradition, I guess it won't ne.......

I'm afraid you're probably correct linda.s, but what surprised me from the programme was how few people outside the hunting towns within Japan knew it was going on.

Apparently the American campaigner in the programme (Ric O'Barry) was the guy that trained Flipper (from the TV series).
