Today in Daily mail it stated that from next October all visitors to USA from UK will have to have Visas Do any experts out their know if this is true or has the newspaper got hold of wrong end of stick again ???????????

I havent seen the Mail but as usual it seems like half the information again.
The requirement that was to be brought in that from this October, anybody who wished to use the visa waiver scheme, and who has a passport issued AFTER Oct 26th this year would either have to have biometric info in their passport (which arent available yet) or would have to get visa.
This was deferred to next Oct. so as long as your passport is issued before next October then as things stand at present you wont need a visa.
