We have Co owned a property for 4 years now. We are now buying our own place. So wish to sell on our 1 month ownership of the last house. Does anyone know where I can advertise this?

Thanks

It is NOT a time share... We own it. Less than 12 though.

Jeff
When you say your 1 month ownership do you mean you have owned for 1 month or that you have 1 month when you can use it? If so is it fixed dates etc.

We own last week in July and first three in August.... But you can swop with the other Co Owners if needed.
We have owned it for 4 years now.. But now we want our own place there.. Having spent a lot of time over the states,
we do intend on retiring there. Just getting ready to send over the 1966 Convertible Mustang, I have just finished restoring!
Drive around in some clasic stuff rather than the new rentals!

co owning sounds like a good idea especially if you can spend 4 weeks a year in florida. are your co-owners happy for you to sell?

i am sure you will have a good response if you advertise on here.

Have you thought of exchanging the weeks among your friends for winter ones and then selling that to a snowbird? Of course another idea is to raffle it off, providing you sell enough tickets of course!

Our buyer dropped out! We will take £4000 firm.

is the service charge just for the period of your ownership ie £50 in total or is it a £600 service charge for the month that you own, ie all owners are chipping in £7200 for the year?

Blimey! That sounds complicated!

£50 per month (for 12 months) is all you pay, that covers all utilities, Management co. and everything else!

That also puts money in the bank for any emergencies that may occur.

[/quote]I'm still interested...

But...

Which means The TOTAL cost for a whole year would be 600 GBP??

That would be a lot...

the total cost for ALL owners would be...6600 GBP...

For (as I look at it) a mobile?

BTW what's the excact location of the house anyway...
