How are the size of the bedrooms? We have a 4/3 townhome at about the same square footage. I will be in the market for another home in a few months after I build up for a down payment again.

Hi Nigel,

We may be looking into another townhome, as they are less expensive to buy, less expensive and less hassle to upkeep and we have been very sucessful in renting out our current ones. When I read the forum sometimes of the differenct problems owners with pool homes have and the amount of upkeep I am really glad we made the choice we did.

Your home looks beautiful and I wish you the best of luck.

Hi Nigel
I think the square footage may be wrong, ours is a 4/3 at 1740 sq ft. lot's of luck with the sale, it does sound a bargain.

Nigel, the link in your profile signature is incorrect! It should follow the format of mine, just change the villa number to yours.
