For tickets you get the actual genuine tickets - no catches.

For car hire you will get a car hire voucher that the car hire companies will honour.

The most important thing about getting genuine tickets from this site is that you do not have to stand in a line at the park gates like you have to in order to exchange vouchers.:)

I've got my park tickets and one has Mickey Mouse on and One has Minnie Mouse on! How cute is that. Last year I only got Donald and Goofey. [msnembarrased]

For the car hire you get a voucher either through the post, or through email. I get to use my voucher in ...9 days time![msnsmile2]

Angela,
at least if you book now you get a very good exchange rate, something I think we are starting to take for granted but £1 to $1-40 wasn't too long ago. Plus the attraction tickets at todays prices before any increases and I presume the car hire at todays prices but I stand to be corrected on that.
Enjoy your planning, its amazing how quickly time flies past.

16 months Angela? Ough! [msnsad]

I don't expect any difficulties with my voucher. It's the first time that I've used uscarhire.co.uk, and all questions were replied to in a prompt and friendly manner.

Next time I'll book a villa through the site too!

The carhire is great, even losing a £50 deposit for canceling we still saved nearly £200 on a 7 seater. More to spend in all those lovley shops [clap]

16 months will fly by Angela, it will soon be Christmas you know [msnscared][msneek][msnwink]

I can also vouch for the feedback and level of sevice given by Roger for the car hire and tickets. We have now booked car hare again through USCarhire and I was really pleased to be able to. Not only are they more than competitive on price, but the service is excellent. The new rates available with Dollar really enhance the whole package.

We have just come back from Florida and used the link to order our car hire.

Very sraight forward, and we have never paid so little.

I have a question;in the unlikely event that we would have to stay longer, who would we book the extension with? Nice to know that for future reference

You can extend any booking by contacting us - either by email or telephone. You will then be assured of the best prices for the extension rather than the high prices you will have to pay if you go to Dollar direct in the US.

I can vouch for that :). We had bought Splendid China tickets, but Roger immediatly accepted them back when SC closed in December 2003 and replaced them with (at our request) other tickets. Also, we wanted some extra tickets in the last minute and these were delivered to our Villa in Orange Tree early in the morning on the day after our arrival. How much more customer-friendly can anyone get? [clap][clap]

That is very comforting, thank you .The one time we rented a car at Orlando airport, the rate was extortionate.

One thing you must DEFINITELY book in advance

Can also vouch for the car hire service - we have, for various reasons had to make last minute bookings for cars, and Roger was great, getting everything sorted for us at very short notice. And you really can't beat the price. [clap]

Car hire at Orlando airport was diabolical,we booked and paid 3 months in advance for a convertable with ALAMO.After an hour in the booking line we were told to go to level 2 on the car park ,choose which convertable colour we wanted and just drive to the gate and give our documents.Well we looked for the colour in the row we wanted and found that they were all the same *INVISIBLE*.Not one convertable to drive away.A visit to the office was another lie and promise ,another Brit was waiting for a convertable also so we stood together and gave tham some grief.I was offered a VAN ,no way I have not got a family with me ,convertable or the absolute top of the range car free was my answer.By now we had been waiting 2 hs for the car and I was not giving in ,finally 1 hr later 2 convertables arrived.I took mine ,loaded and left ,I noticed also that the full tank of gas was NOT as promised .Issues will be raised but I bet I get nowhere with the usual American RIP OFF.By the time we got to our villa it was the equivilent of 5.30 am in the following morning Brit time after a days flight and all that hassle I will not book ALAMO again.I am E mailing them also to complain ,the staff were Hispanic ,bad in English and told lies like they were going out of fashion .I hope they suffer with bookings in the future through the bad relationship with customers .

I am sorry that you had such a bad experience with Alamo, Cherry. Goes to show that their "choose your own car" policy can cut both ways. One thing about Dollar: you may have to wait a long time in the queue and the agent might offer you unnecessary 'upgrades' - but if you complain for legitimate reasons, you get poisitive results.

Cherry, sorry to hear of your experience. We have booked Alamo or Dollar scores of times and have never had a problem

In fact we have had free upgrades many times

Im sure yours was an isolated incident

Hi Cherry,

Well I notice that the site link no longer offers alamo as an option. Wonder if that's because of the quality of alamo?

Shame that (alamo)are letting standards slip.

We do offer Alamo but only in Florida and California.

Hi John & Sarah,

Don't know if somethings up with my browser then? If I use the site link, it only gives dollar as an option. Not that I'm complaining, got a good deal from your link on a dollar hire to begin on saturday! Yay!

Which link are you using as all the sites should allow Florida and California quotes for both Dollar and Alamo?
