This is in Fantasyland, a colourful carousel ride. The queues are always very long but if you have kids, you won't get a choice! Plays all the Disney favourites:

Be Our Guest
Give a Little Whistle
to name a few. Largest horses on the outside and they get smaller as you move towards the centre of the ride.
Characters sometimes visit the children whilst they are in the queue/line.
