I've put this here-rather than just in the dining out section as of course you need to pay to get into Epcot in the first place.
We have had the all you can eat buffet in Norway-which we found excellent. Quite a lot of fish on the menu-but very good value we thought.
We have also eaten in Canada-but I think that was only a sandwich type meal-so nothing startling there!

We love the restaurant in the Living Seas. Go early for lunch and you will get a seat right by the glass and will get a wonderful view of the fish. Food is good, but pricey. They don't mind if you just have a starter (lunch time).

We ate at Le Cellier, Canada on Christmas Eve. We had reservations and the place was heaving when we got there but we were still seated within 10 minutes. Service was excellent. Food was OK - cheese soup was excellent, desserts were good, main course was OK. Atmosphere was great.
The Biergarten, Germany is good with a crowd. Fish and Chips at the Rose and Crown are good too for lunch.

Eat in USA for a good American burger, hotdog or chicken burger with fries and a drink for about $7! You can get extra salad with the ketchups/sauces. Beer is good here (usually Bud or Bud Light)

Excellent place to sit and watch the evening Tapestry of Nations (may have changed name) or listen to the concerts at the BandStand opposite.

Large eating area inside and outside so child friendly.

We like to have an early lunch in Norway (when we haven't bothered with breakfast) as the menu is wonderful. It is exactly the same menu at Dinner, but lunch costs about US$9 less per person!!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

I love the food from the China section! The spring rolls are fab! Great to keep you warm while you're waiting for IllumiNations!

Has anyone gone to the Princess's breakfast at the Akershus Castle? I opted for that one when I couldn't get the Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast yesterday for 7/4. I was just wondering what you thought of it. We'll be there for my daughters birthday. The reservationist couldn't really tell me what they do (if anything) for birthday's at the character breakfasts. I'll tell our server and see what happens. Maybe we can pop a candle in her hotcakes and sing happy birthday??

My vote goes to Norway as well. We had dinner there in 2001. It was our wedding anniversary that day. When the waitress found out (they actually chat to you in a friendly manner in Florida by the way, for anyone who hasn't been yet!) she arranged a congratulations card signed by all the staff, a cake complete with candles, and four glasses of champagne! Now that's what I call hospitality. Mind you Canada was good too.....

Which restaurants have the best views for the fireworks?

You can eat at the Rose and Crown English pub ( on the tables oustide) That has a good view. Not exactly a restaurant I know and you have to time it well.

We ate in Mexico - it was absolutely heaving and the staff were not exactly welcoming - but the food was good and sitting in semi darkness - made the atmosphere!

We booked a table for late in the evening, so that we could wander outside just before the fireworks started - and they were excellent.

We also dined in The Living Seas and got a table right next to the glass - it was fantastic - our waiter was a bit rush, rush though, and we (being polite!) let him rush us - WE WONT let that happen again.

We ate in the Italian section and it was pretty good, there are a couple of singers and the waiters all join in waving napkins around. Had to wait for about 15mins for a table even though we had made reservations.
