If we are going to get points per post on the general area, we really do need a more reliable counter. At the moment, whether it counts your post and puts it against your name, seems to be very hit or miss.

Not that we're in competition or anything but it would help if it was right!

I posted at least 7 times yesterday and it only counted the 2 I did in owners chat

The points for postings are counted independantly of the who posted most counter and is correct.

I think there is a problem with the who posted most counter that does not count a post that starts a thread off but does count all other posts.

Whilst we are on the subject it would be appreciated if postings on the general area could have a little more substance than just one liners obviously intended just to boost OV Points.

Hope this explains things.

Hi Julie

It's John (I'm using Roger's laptop so it uses his login name!).

We've been very busy so far which is probably best as the weather has been a bit inclement so far .

We signed up for the new house yesterday so there's no going back now. The plot is even better than we imagined - south facing with a lake and Reedy Creek nature reserve behind the lake.

We were taking photos of the view yesterday afternoon for our adverts and saw 2 gators taking more than a passing interest in us! Went to show Sarah's sister and partner the plot last night (they were staying in our 3 bed) and as luck would have it the 2 gators came out to display again.

Roger (alias John!)

You want to watch those gators, they can run at 30 mph, which is probably a lot quicker than you can, even on a good day with a downhill start!

That sounds right to me John as the 5 others I posted were new topics

Blott:

We had the car very handy with the doors open just in case. They were only baby ones but still I'd imagine they could hurt .
