Hi :)
We are thinking of selling our town house (Island Club Resort & Spa) which is in a gated community off the US27.
We wish to buy a villa near Winter Haven.
The house is 3 years old bought new in Nov 2001.
There is a community pool with club house,tennis,basketball court etc.
It is fully furnished and suitable for short term rental.
Location : In Davenport opposite Highland Reserve Golf.

Are there any town homes with pools on this development Mr Fibble? I ask as there appears to be 1 on Realtor.com but Im not sure if Im reading this correctly

No there is one very large community pool about 300yds from our house.

Met with our realtor yesterday,house is now going up for sale this weekend.New refurbishing going to be done ie.carpet and re-paint throughout
