Have anyone here flown with KLM and what was your experience, looking for flights for december 21 - 4th

My husband was transferred onto KLM from Newark to Amsterdam (then onto Bristol), this was with just a few days notice by Continental and he had nothing but praise for KLM.

We have flown to Memphis with them a couple of years ago. No complaints - it was a decent flight.

One drawback, however, was that you fly from Manchester to Schipol first, then transfer on to plane bound for USA. It made for a longer flight.

Also if you are travelling in Dec be prepared for delays if we have the same weather as we did this year. My daughter was due to fly to New York on 21st Dec but due to the snow all flights from Schipol were grounded ( all manchester flights did eventually take off).

Just something for you to consider.
