Hi i have just recently purchased the 5 day magic your way tickets from this site and noticed it says if you purchase a 5 day ticket we will send you a 6 day, I have searched my paperwork and it says 5 day tickets but on the actual tickets it dont say anything, Also am i right in thinking that i get 14 days to use the 6 days in?

Have you checked the accompanying letter from Disney that states what is on the ticket?

If you bought a 5 day you should have a 6 day, email park tickets with your order number and we will look into for you

Hi,
I have the USA office looking into it, they have to dig out the photocopies of the tickets and get them scanned. I am off out for the evening now so will reply later or possibly in the morning.

Hi,
we have a result, you had asked on the 8th of June by email to change to 4 day with upgrade. I have forwarded the email to you but sky's spam filters can be a bit over cautious.
