Have noticed on the disney uk website that uk 7 day premium tickets can be upgraded to non expiry. We have ordered these tickets through virgin so will get a voucher that we need to exchange for real tickets. My question is can we do the upgrade when we exchange the voucher or do we have to start using the tickets first?

You can upgrade them but they will charge you the full price for the whole 7 days not just the balance. Your tickets would have been cheaper through us and no queuing with vouchers. Remove hopping and you could have saved quite a bit

I agree, had a great price on our tickets. Very pleased with the service especially being kept informed through email and tracking service.

Thanks florida4sun However we got a good price of £168 through virgin for 7 day premium so even with $110 to add non expiry it is still cheaper than 7day myw hopper with wp and ne. Removing hopping is not an option for us as we quite often go from one park to another during the day. I only wanted to know when we could upgrade or when the best time is to upgrade when we change voucher or once we have started to use the ticket.
