Hi all.

i love shopping in florida, it must be the greatest place on earth we are going this year for the 3rd time running! we normally shop at premium and prime outlet malls which are at either end of I drive (they are great) we did go briefly to point Orlando. it was raining hard so did not get to see much of it though! friends keep telling me about a place called 'florida mall' does anybody know where this is? or is it any good? or any other good malls or places to shop we have missed!...... thanks guys

The Florida Mall is on the Orange Blossom Trail and Sand Mine Road, fairly near Orlando International Airport. The mall has a Nordstroms, JC Penney, Macy's, Dillards, Journeys etc. It is huge!!

Have you been to the Mall of Millenia? It's just north of Universal Studios at exit 78 of the I-4. Some very classy shops, huge Macy's, Bloomingdales etc.

Both these malls are indoors.

As said the malls are good to go in for a rest from the sun a little ,Near the Milleia mall is Ikea and well worth going in as the cafe is good .

Frances I think you mean sandlake road not sandmine road, that road is by me....

depending on what airport you come into you should see the florida mall on your right if you come down the 528 from MCO

And it doesnt matter if its raining, as it is all indoors as is the Mall at Millenia
