It is a fantastic Water Park, but in my experience it gets extremely busy compared to the existing Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach and Wet and Wild Parks.

It is certainly worth a visit just for the experience, but expect long waits on some of the rides.

We went to Aquatica for the second time just last week. We had a great time and the longest we queued for was 15 mins. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from (we had virtually a whole row to ourselves right in front of the wave pool).

We arrived at 9.10. am. and got sunbeds with an umbrella (we needed it too as the temperature reached 100). Then off to the rides. We managed to do all of the slides by 10.30 then had the rest of the day to relax.

On Dolphin Plunge our daughter did not have to queue and had a great time as they seem to have 'slowed' the ride down and she managed to open her eyes and see the dolphins. By about 11.30 though the queues had built up a little and they seemed to be going down the slide quicker.

One word of warning - The showers are fffrrreeezzziing cold and you have to keep pushing the button (the water only comes out for around 15-20 seconds). They have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (all really nice smells) but no hairdryers.

Hope you have a great time.

It was very quiet when we went. Worth a visit but we tend to go to a water park for a few hours in the afternoon. I'm sure we didn't pay for parking at TL and BB but Aquatica was $10.

We had a full day there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Before we knew it, it was 5 p.m. so went for showers before the rush. Couldn't believe we spent so much time there.
