Hello:

On 5/25/08, I tried to enquire about all available 3 Bedroom villas by filling in the form at the bottom of a rental page, but did not get any responses (except from the specific owner). I did put the tick mark in, indicating to send to all 3 bedroom owners.

Later, I had also separately sent an email directly to info@orlandovillas.com asking my request to be forwarded, but have not received any acknowledgment or emails.

Does anyone know if there a problem with this feature, or a problem with the email system?

My family and I are looking for 3 BR availability for 6/18/08 to 6/25/08, near Disney with wi-fi internet.

There are no problems with anything that we are aware of as we see plenty of enquiries coming in all the time and when we do test enquiries they appear exactly as they should immediately.

I've just checked and we've never had any enquiries from the email address you use for your forum user so it looks like perhaps you used a different email address or somehow you did not submit the enquiry correctly (I'm guessing here as it's hard to say without seeing what you did do).

We have not received any direct emails from you that we can trace either.

I'm not sure what to suggest other than to try again and then perhaps email me at john@orlandovillas.com with a note of the email address you used for the enquiry so I can check it has gone through.

Excellent. Are you happy your OFV one went through correctly as I'm sure I saw an incorrect email address when you re-submitted it?

I had heard that people are having problems with AOL mail addresses. Not sure whether this would apply to you, but if everything is working for you that's good news.
