Hello i am new to this forum but i've browsed it for a quite a while for information, basically i have 2 questions the first one is we travel to florida on 25th feb 2009 and have booked a premium SUV for 4 adults and 1 child of 12 years old going there will be 5 normal sized cases plus 3 holdalls, but coming back there will be 8 cases and 4 holdalls, will the suv be able to accomodate all this my car booking number is 33130.

My second question is more of a request really, we also booked a satnav for our holiday booking number 2897 and didnt recieve any emails confirming that one was available, so we went and bought a tomtom 910 which cost us around £160 but it includes UK and USA maps as standard, we emailed the satnav company requesting a cancellation of the hired satnav but as yet we still havn't had a reply i sent the email about 10 days ago, can anyone from these companies please help me?

We only want to cancel the Satnav, not the car(which we may need to upgrade)

I've asked Martin, who deals with the sat nav to respond to you. It does sound like his emails are dropping into your spam folder somehow as he's always very prompt with his responses.

I would image you should be ok as there will be spare seats to use for luggage.

As Martin says, you should be OK for luggage space. It's always hard to say for sure as car models can vary as can luggage sizes.
