Last time we went the range of gluten free food we found was not that great. Is it any better now or should I take bread, cakes and biscuits for DD with us?

Our daughter has had gluten free bread, cereal and cookies from Publix but what they have on offer can sometimes be a bit hit and miss so she always takes some gluten free bread and rolls from Tesco's free from range with her to be on the safe side.

Hi, I use Chamberlins at Dr Philips to get a lot of my gluten free food besides what I get from Publix, so I don't tend to take anything with me now from the UK apart from snacks for the flight etc. They have some lovely English breakfast muffins in the freezer that go down very well toasted in the morning!

Here is the link to their website as they have a few stores around Orlando.

Hope that helps!

If you do a search for 'coeliac' on the forum, you'll find whole heaps of useful info.

Don't worry - you'll be fine - search away the information is all there. I am coeliac and so is my son, we eat far too well when we go to Florida!
