Hi there,

I have recently booked and paid for my car hire through UScarhire and I travel next week, however I have not received my voucher yet.

Does anyone know when I should receive it?

I have sent an email to follow up on it, but as yet I haven't heard anything back.

don't worry Roger will know the date of your travel and expediate the urgent ones first. I have booked carhire at very last minute some times once was 48 hours before travelling and Roger did it with time to spare. Also Roger is in the US so will be this afternoon before you may get a reply.

Email received - as Ceri says, being 5 hours behind, we have only just received your email. Everything is fine with your order, and we are exepcting your voucher today or tomorrow.

As you only made your order over the weekend (after central reservations closing time) it will be a couple more days before your voucher comes through. If you have not received by Wednesday, drop me an email and I can chase it up.
