Hi all,

I just recently placed a deposit for a villa rental in Hamilton's Reserve through a site other than this one. I fell in love with the home, and thus far the owner has been very pleasant and helpful. I haven't seen much, if anything, about this community though. Is anyone else familiar with it, or stayed in a villa here? All I really know is that it's fairly close to 192.

sorry haven't heard of this one, is it new? Ask the owner for a map and you can possibly look at it on Google Earth. There should be an owner from there along soon who can be more help,

Here's some information on the community from one of our sites:

http://www.villasflorida.com/vacation-rentals/hamiltons_reserve.aspx

We've not had a textual description of the community provided yet by the owners with homes there but as soon as we do, that will be the page it will show on.

I think it's one of the communities behind medieval times - but I could be wrong I'm sure somebody with a nearby villa will be along soon

Hamilton's Reserve is on Siesta Lago, which is a road off the 192 and it's very convenient for stores, restaurants, etc on the 192, including being very near the super Wal-Mart, a super Target, etc.

It's opposite Chatham Park on Siesta Lago and is around 10 mins from Disney.

Thanks for your speedy replies everyone. It sounds like it'll be a very convenient location. Anyone know if it's a fairly new development or not? The house I'm renting is on Beverly Court I believe.....

No, it's not a new development but it is very convenient for the 192.

It's a great location and we have stayed there before in 2002.
It is very close to Disney, Highway 192 and Walmarts. The villas are very spacious and the community is well kept.

Have a great holiday!

We stayed there in 1998 - lovely homes, large and plenty of room. It is ideally located for getting to any of the parks and I am sure you will have a fabulous holiday.

Thanks to both of you. I'm definitely looking forward to it. Seems like everyone who has stayed here has had a good experience.
