Hello there i ordered tickets from park tickets on april 15th and wanted them deliverd to my home address,i was sent eafederal express tracking number which showed me that the tickets was delivered to park tickets uk office on the 28th of april.i havet kept on checking on their website with my oder number but they still haven,t left the uk office to be delivered to me, is this the normal procedure or are my tickets late to be sent.Can anyone help please.

Tickets are sent in batches, so if they arrived in the UK on 28th April they should be dispatched to you very soon. Obviously urgent orders are sent ahead of the regular batch, but from your order I see you have a couple of months until they are required, so I'd say they should be dispatched to you early this week.

Actually, I guess Roger was able to look on your original order and maybe you put in the date you required them...

Exactly, you stated your required date on the original order. This is mainly used so we can see if your requirement is urgent and prioritize accordingly.

Hello,

All tickets are delivered within the time stated on your 10-14 working days. If you remember you had validated your tickets before receiving them, this can cause a delay. The date you put down to require them by was the 25th July (although this makes no difference to delivery times).

This was all confirmed in the 2 emails sent out to you on Thursday
