OH booked our car hire and sat nav hire from this site on 21/22 April. No problems with the car hire but i am confused about the sat nav hire.

The confirmation e-mail gave him an order number and told us that we would receive another e-mail, within 48 hours, confirming availability.

As we have still not had any further e-mails can I take it that no sat nav is available. Do not want to end up with two hired sat nav units the day before we go or OH to purchase a unit.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
I presume this if for order 2894, we do have a unit for you but we have not yet taken the deposit. We have also sent an email asking for your accommodation address so we can program it for you.
It is best to email us directly as we do not always get onto the forum everyday. Also keep in mind AOL have a habit of blocking emails from companies with busy servers like ours.

Martin - thanks for your prompt reply.

That order is ours and we did try to e-mail you again with our query. Obviously the problem lies at our end with AOL as, apart from the original e-mail confirming order number, we have received no other communication.

I will send you another e-mail with a different address and hope this helps. If not I will phone you.
