Hi Roger,

My son and daughter in law are finally on their way to Florida after a 5 hour delay at Manchester this afternoon. They booked their car hire through this site and put down 6pm as the car collection time it now looks as though it's going to be around 11pm when they get to the car hire desk the question is what time will they have to return the car on their last day, 6pm or the same time as they collected it?

They will probably find the rental company will put the booked time down as the return time, even if they arrive late. More often than not, if they specifically ask, the rep will adjust the time to match the collection time.
