At least you haven't put anything on Janice.
I think I am going to get my jaws wired, not had a cigarette in 8 weeks and all I do is eat. Went out for a nice long walk today in the New Forest and then stopped off for lunch on the way home. It was nice though | Shirley http://www.orlandovillas.com/villas/1786.aspx | | Report this post to a moderator | goto top of page |

| Good to hear you are all having losses or even staying the same. Wonderful.
Pam, no, I am not attending classes as we are away at different functions all the time and will be for most of the year
I actually stepped on my scales today and am now 8lbs over target so a slight loss, but 2 meals a day - 3/4 course is really a battle.
Hey ho. Never mind. I will think positively, but could not resist the pavlova tonight
Good luck next week everyone.

| Hello ladies sorry I have been so quiet - Sandra did Pam send you the link? My back is now somewhat better but had to have a ton of x rays etc and have to go and see my surgeon again in a couple of weeks and if the numbness has not gone at the lower part of the spine they are doing mri or ct scans.
Have been living of painkillers and anti-inflammatories so doing nothing on the diet front, although the picture from the party was a jolt so about to start as from next week I will be working from home for a month or so ... as we are getting a new puppy on sunday, another old english sheepdog. Today is my day off so about to try and make the house puppyproof!
Have a good day all. | Fiona www.orlandovillas.com/Villas/148.aspx | | Report this post to a moderator | goto top of page |
