I haven't tried freezing it yet but from the ingredients I can't see any reason why not.

I'm so all over the place with this at the moment, mind you i turned down mcdonalds yesterday....but at 4 caramel cho bickies, well we went to my daughters new flat she moves in today, i took some bickies for us to share as we started to unlaid some of the new stuff they had bought and we had taken bits and pieces from my house all week (they move in todayits been great having them here for the last 3 months, and got used to having our new baby grandaughter here and watching her grow and change day by day, shes 2 weeks old today) but having said this i have had no time for me.. so many fussy meals to cook it will be nice to get back to just the 4 of us...then i can get back to my healthier eating properly, i get so fed up in the kitchen when trying to sort about 4 different meals every night!!
will go shopping with them later so will pick up something nice for me for a few days..... and some nice fresh fruit and vegetables......
hope all have a good day/weekend

Liesa, how wonderful for your daughter to have her own place now with her family, I'm sure you willmiss them but at least you can get back to the task in hand now and lose some more weight!! Good luck this weekend, hopw you got lots of nice things for yourself

Does anyone know this weeks password? I thought I did but it is wrong!!

Had a fairly good day yesterday - though I did have a nibble of the chocolate brownie my daughter made!!

Well done Liesa I think going to a local club is a good idea - hope you manage to find one that fits in.

Thank you Pamela for the password - I will have a go in a minute when I have had my forum fix!! Started work early so hopefully can finish early but the weather here in Berkshire is horrid this morning - mild but damp and very grey - I hope it improves later!

Happy Bank Holiday!

Well done Liesa!!! I really think that joining a group helps George and I have been going together since beginning of Feb, we haven't missed a week and we always stay for image therapy.

Frances I started early also and hoping to be done by about 2.00 so I can enjoy the sun in the garden for a while

Liesa I also feel joining a group will give you the support you need. I think you posted in the past that you find SW hard to follow, all I will say is give it two weeks.
I have never really stuck to any club I joined whether it was SW or WW, just a couple of weeks then I'd quickly loose my way.......NOT THIS TIME THOUGH.
I have been going to SW classes since the end of January and I'm 22.5lbs lighter than I was back then. I am finding it very easy to follow and enjoy trying out new recipes each week.

Had an OK weekend, we went to the cinema yesterday tehn Pizz Hut afterwards as a treat for the girls and I had.......nothing. I waited until I got home and cooked myself a mushroom omellette, I was dying for a pepperoni pizza though.

Well done for resisting Paula !!!!

Liesa SW is a great plan for men to follow as you never need to be hungry on the plan. If he doesn't want to join I wouldn't worry about going on your own though. I am a quite a shy person and have joined many times on my own before and people are so friendly.

Well I stepped on the dreaded scales this morning and have only lost 1 LB !! the week before I had lost 2 LB so I'm feeling quite fed up. I really need to start doing more exercise, maybe that will help? Will let you know what I lose next Wednesday (hopefully)

Well done Paula

Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow as I have had a terrible week but on the plus side I had to buy new trousers this week as all mine are falling off. What a fantastic feeling it is

Just back from group and unfortunately gained 1/2lb but to be honest I was ok with that as I thought it may be 2 lb! Having said that I was really chuffed as I was slimmer of the month!!!

Day off tomorrow as I worked on Monday so looking forward to getting my tan started for Florida in 3 weeks

Hi folks, I am back again - the break wasn't intentional, just the lack of internet access. My Brighthouse connection has been out since last Friday but is now fixed with new cabling into the villa.

I can't believe how much has happened since my post last week. Not only am I on a new thread we have so many new people - welcome to all those who have joined.

I am so sorry to hear that some people have also left. Although I haven't been on the thread for very long, their contribution has helped me enormously to get back to where I should be so I would just like to say a very big Thank You, you will be missed

It is lovely being back at the villa but it doesn't help the eating plans. I am trying to continue to eat healthily but the drinks do flow more here and there appear to be so many more temptations, especially the cheesecake

Hi Everyone, hope you are all getting on ok. I have been very busy with work this week so I haven't posted much - and a nother very busy day today so I have just popped in for a quick look!!

Diet not so good but not all bad!! I keep taking the quick option the last few days because I am busy but that also means I don't snack so hopefully one might out weigh the other - well, we can live in hope!!

Hope everyone has a good day. I am going to try to keep a food diary so will post later.
